Meet Katie.

I'm Katie Neason. In 2010 I bought one abandoned building on Main Street in my hometown of Bryan, Texas. All I had was my Google search history and a hunch.

14 years later, I own 11 buildings worth $20M across my downtown, and I've built and sold dozens more. Townhomes. Mixed-use. Adaptive reuse. Commercial buildings. Cottage clusters.

I built the framework for small-scale redevelopment because nobody handed it to me when I started.
